Overdrive's response to HarperCollins

Last week HarperCollins made a huge decision to allow only 26 uses per license of their ebook titles. This is Overdrive's response. On one hand this is interesting (watching an industry try to maintain control during a time of huge change), but on the other hand it's making things so much more complicated for our patrons.
